representing memorable, human-friendly names (called "nicknames",
"display names", or "petnames") for people, devices, accounts,
websites, and other entities.
This document is a product of the Preparation and Comparison of
Internationalized Strings Working Group of the IETF.
This is now a Proposed Standard.
