  * Allow perdition to bind to sieve port, read /dev/urandom, and capabilities

  * Allow quota_t to load kernel modules.

  * Allow nagios_checkdisk_plugin_t to getattr all mountpoint dirs, so it
    can check the root directory of a filesystem.
