- Have AtkSocket's implementation of ref_state_set to return empty sets
instead of NULL
- Fix for BGO#663876: Make sure the a11y hierarchy under an AtkPlug is
generated when embedding.
* debian/watch: Switch back to .bz2 tarballs for now, since pristine-tar
cannot yet work with .xz compression
* Temporarily disable multi-arch, as GTK 3 has not yet been packaged for
multi-arch, and is therefore not looking for GTK modules in a multi-arch
location
