* debian/patches/gtkmenuitemaccessible-set-alt-name.patch: Extend the
GtkMenuItemAccessible object so applications can set an alternative
textual description for a menu item that has an icon, where the icon
is used to give the user more information about the item in question.
This textual description is used by assistive technologies such as Orca
to label the menu item.
