BTW, that patch is needed for Qt support (well, I don't use public APIs actually, but I use new fields to inject Makefile code). If similar hooks for other tools existed, it would be possible to add Qt support for them too from add-on as well. Maybe adding proper custom target support for all tools would be better idea though, but AFAIU that certainly wouldn't go int 4.4. As for make install, I'll try to make time to implement it in the next days (API was already discussed [1]). Should it be a patch for Premake or add-on?
