FYI, this patch also seems to fix the issue wile building PREX (for the BeagleBoard) with the latest CodeSourcery G++ toolchains. Indeed, I used to be unable to compile PREX correctly using any version higher that 2007q3 (relocation error) and after applying this patch, It builds flawlessly with 2009q1 and 2010q1. Thanks a lot!
