Many people are interested in Kundalini Activation. The Kundalini is
often represented as a serpent because it coils up when inactive and
uncoils to the full length, from the base of the spine to the top of the
head and even beyond, when it is activated. Before raising the Kundalini
through hypnosis one should clear all of the chakra which are in the
path of the Kundalini.

The seven chakra which the Kundalini will travel through are as follows:
1. the crown chakra, located at the top of the head; 2. the brow chakra,
located between the eye brows also known as the third eye; 3. the throat
chakra, located at the level of the Adams apple; 4. the heart chakra,
located at the level of the heart; 5. the solar plexus chakra, located
at the level of the solar plexus; 6. the spleen chakra, located
approximately in the middle of the abdominal area; 7. and the root
chakra. The root chakra gets its name by being at the root at all the
chakras and is located at the base of the spine.

The energy of the Kundalini is housed in the root chakra. Proper
Kundalini rising could have tremendous benefits in that it can give you
energy, insight, and stamina. However, one should exercise caution when
raising the Kundalini due to the fact that the serpent energy is
intense.
