I think a lot of people don't consider stress to be a big deal, but
stress is a big deal. Stress can cause physical symptoms such as a heart
attack or an ulcer. Stress can cause mental problems such as anxiety and
panic attacks. Stress also has an effect on our sleep. If you have a
problem coping with your stress, you should look into ways of managing
your stress.

I believe that everyone should take a little time out of their day to
relax in a very calming and positive way. I encourage my clients to get
into the habit of doing breathing exercises or meditating every day.
Deep breathing and meditating has a relaxing effect on the body, mind,
and soul.
