I first became interested in astral projection when I was fifteen years old. I was in military school and I became fascinated with the idea of "traveling" to places I couldn't normally go to.
What is astral projection? It's defined as is a paranormal interpretation of an out-of-body experience achieved either awake or via lucid dreaming or deep meditation. It's similar to dreaming, except it's said to take place outside the physical body. We are all used to the etheric world, which is the physical realm we live in. Pretty much anything goes in the astral realm. Time does not exist in the astral world. You can travel to see the past or the future while in astral projection. Beyond the astral world, there are said to be spirit worlds. Mastering astral projection takes time, patience, and practice. The number one question I get asked is "Why am I not experiencing astral projection yet?" Often the reason why people aren't able to project themselves is because they are trying too hard and the expect it to happen. My advice is to relax, and let it happen.
