It seems as though the quest to constantly improve ourselves never ends. And the truth is, it doesn't. Enhancing your level of personal development is a life long journey. The minute you feel there is no room for improvement, is the moment which you officially stop becoming a better person at whatever it is that makes your contribution to the world special and valuable.
That is why I am constantly in a relentless search for new, effective, easy to understand resources that I can utilize however necessary to improve upon myself. These resources come in many forms. Tapes, CDs, videos, MP3's, etc. In fact, my personal development library consists of over a thousand resources that I have both learned from in the past and can reference at any time for answers to questions or motivation. Each and every one of my resources has a specific purpose. Some may strengthen my visualization, some serve as forms motivation, some may improve my time management skills. The point is that each one strengthen a different area of my life. Think about this for a second. What if there was a resource that you could utilize to make your current self improvement resources more effective? Take a computer for example. You may use a computer as a resource to make your living. Prior to having a computer, you still made a living but the computer has made things easier. This allows you to get more done in less time. Thus improving your overall performance. Well, what if you could use a tool that you could use to apply the same principles to the resources that you use to improve yourself? Many of you may be thinking, "How is this possible?" If your resource is a book, you read it. If it's a tape or cd, you listen to it. Once you've done either one, you then take what you learn and apply it to whatever area of your life is suitable with the hope of a positive outcome. While all of that is true, there is a process that takes place between the time that you utilize the resource (read, study, listen, etc) and the time when you actually start applying it. That process, is called memorization. Memorization is defined as: To commit to memory; learn by heart. After all, isn't that the main goal of everything we study or desire to learn more about in life? Remembering something is just as valuable as learning it to be begin with because if you forget even part of what you learn, it's as if you never even learned it. Lack of emphasis on memorization can basically make every resource that you own worthless. Aside from enhancing your level of personal development, improving your memory can also benefit you in nearly every other aspect of your life. I have taken the unparalleled knowledge on the subject of memorization and put it into my best selling book entitled "Memory dan Pembelajaran Efektif", published by Yrama Widya, Bandung. <http://rs6.net/tn.jsp?e=001dfU-lDqPSMUhujyQTfj9a3I078HjhogwB2Q6XdS5RwIb\ aPNs81DiYAVaqTbvIuZiK8WCAT2iau5ufq0s4heaqT1bpPmLbLB7tnpbEBUksTKZoYBc7bQj\ p0kMtI2HB91p0k-Yty-p0S0=> This book will allow anyone who reads it to enjoy better grades, higher paychecks, and greater success in business when their memory is developed to its full potential. You will discover how to: - Remember names, facts, and numbers - Get higher grades while studying less - Create mental lists on the fly - Develop a photographic memory - Remember details, instructions, and directions with ease - Remember the names and faces of business associates - Master public speaking by memorizing speeches easily - Teach your children how to get straight "A"s in school - Never lose your car keys, cell phone, pager, or day-planner again - Learn a foreign language in weeks not years - Write difficult exams with ease and never worry about failing again - Extract business contact names from your memory instantly without effort - And much more.. Best of all, you will absorb the material that you study a thousand times more effectively which multiply your results exponentially. Think about professional athletes. They are recognized as the best at what they do because what they do seems to come naturally to them. Reason being that aside from practicing over and over again, the practicing that they do has been tried and tested and is point blank effective. When you utilize tools that have been proven to work over and over again, you become trained to move by instinct. Just like an athlete. Most of the time, athletes don't have time to think about their next move on the field, they simply "know" instantly what to do next. Which is what separates them from everyone else. Those who become the best being able to move without wasting too much time thinking, become the best at the game. The same holds true in business, relationships and every other area of life. Improving your memory enables you to: 1) Absorb facts better 2) Retain knowledge more effectively 3) Be able to retrieve learned information faster All three of these skills will enable you to move through life like an professional athlete.....fast and successful.
