A few weeks back, I was watching a special about Dubai on the National
Geographic Channel. For those of you who do not know, Dubai is a part of
the world in the Middle East which refers to any one of the seven
emirates in the United Arab Emirates or that emirate's main city, which
is often called Dubai City.

The emirate serves as a power player in the arenas of trade,
manufacturing and especially financial services. What is basically
fueling the existence of Dubai however is petroleum, which according to
experts, will be completely diminished by 2016.

Therefore, the people who control Dubai have decided that they must make
the city one of the largest, most exotic tourist attractions in the
World to keep profits coming once the oil runs out.

With limited space on land, they decided to "think outside the box" and
start building on the water. That's right; they started building
man-made islands on the water with resorts on top of them.

As I was watching this, I was truly awed at how the people of Dubai,
like most of us, were faced with a problem, came up with a solution that
was completely different than what they were used to, and then began
implementing a plan to make the idea a reality. This, to most of us,
would seem like a non-reality in itself.

But just when I had thought I had seen it all, I saw the new project
underway in Dubai. It is called "The World".

Basically, a number of islands are being built on the water once again
but they extended much farther out into the sea and each group of small
islands are aligned together to make the shape of the seven continents
of the World.

And each continent is named after the original. In other words, these
islands will represent the seven continents of the planet and be named
after them.

Two men from Dublin have already purchased the Islands that will
represent Ireland for around 38 million dollars. And they are stopping
at nothing to make the islands look exactly like Ireland right down to
the green pastures and local pubs.

Now make no mistake; this is no easy project to take on. Aside from
almost running out of sand to build the islands and having the issues
with the barrier wall that protects all of the islands from storms and
huge waves, many issues - that people like you or me would never have to
even dream of being faced with - were making this project more and more
difficult.

But regardless, the project continues and is becoming more and more of a
reality each day. In fact, I think most of the islands are actually
built. Now the infrastructure plans are starting to be put into place.

"So what does this story have to do with me?" you ask. Well, I know
you're serious about achieving all of your goals and enriching your life
through constant progressive enhancement. And my hope is that this story
serves as an inspiration that anything is possible.

But the first step is to begin changing your perception of reality.
Because that is all reality actually is; a perception of what is real.

What you see as your reality will in fact become your reality.

To the people of Dubai the reality was "where there is no land, we will
create land". Do you see my point?

The problem however, is that changing your reality is sometimes easier
said than done.

That's exactly why I have spent the past month in search of a rock-solid
resource that you could use to change your reality and start manifesting
your dreams.
