that was kind of my reaction too. I can't read french, and that one `sum-of-primes` equation in the middle left too much unexplained.
in fact, this message bounced when it was posted here, and I decided to allow it because it seemed at least a bit intriguing. I'm not sure the poster is a subscriber of this list, they sent it to so many places.
