As a french reader, I think I can help
people using only globish language (could also be english, depending on the
country).
The PDF file mentionned brings nothing new
to the maths, and it's aim is to gather information and present it in an
esoteric way, trying to show hidden knowledge behing the avalaible
one.
To my opinion, this file contains partial,
biased information, and unrelevant conclusions. I would call it a "techno" spam
!
So let's stick to the facts and leave
philosophy to other places.
