[Prime] more primenet manual account woes

I'm trying to manually check out some exponents for a machine with dual xeon 
3GHz processors.
When I submit the form, it doesn't accept 3000 as the MHz value.
When I change that value to 800, I get:

        The name specified is not recognized as an
        internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
        PrimeNet error 256

Any hints on how to get exponents?
