Return to Test/Primenet, and check again the "Use Primenet...", then again OK.
This should generate a brand new prime.spl file, containing all of your entries of the results.txt file.
A small disclaimer, though: I've no idea if this trick has any implication on statistics on Primenet (hopefully not)
