The prime95.exe program needs a restart whenever changes is made to the 
prime.ini, as the parameters here are only read at startup. 

To George: We could use some more often reading of this file. Could be nice 
when the computer can't be restarted but you have access to the disk. For 
instance through VPN.

This one is slightly different from the other example: it sleeps during working 
hours, and does little during sunday night. That is the hours when users 
require this server.
