possibly it is USA-only. as for channel, it's 'syndicated' so it's on a different network in each major city/market. in the boston area it is on "UPN" channel 38 at 7:30PM.
it is probably the most famous of game shows in USA, and perhaps the most 'intellectual' game show.
the contestants are given the answers, with dollar value on each answer/category. and they must provide the correct question. it is likely that at one time or another they have had a category "prime numbers" !
