It is perhaps enough for you to say 'It works for me.' But in the world of tech support, that's not a particularly useful thing to say.
Similarly, two or three people writing to say 'SP2 is at fault' is hardly enough reason to suggest everyone remove it...especially when we don't even know what the real cause of the problem is.
