MuF, the data (backup, ini & program) files should be under 20MB. SO
stop your prime95 and then copy the directory (hope you have it all in
one to make it easy) to another PC on yoru network or to a storage
device.
Then after you format and reinstall your other programs and or other
backups just copy the prime directory back to where you want it and
recreate your startup icon if you use one.
