It is text (console) based browser.
I've got them all now, I don't know why it didn't work in the first
place. I use
other FTP sites that work fine, who knows!
As for Cygwin, I can't see that it would've had any advantage, or any
disadvantage. I've already got it installed, but don't have wget for windows,
so I'd've probably used it anyway!

version of wget. It requires you do download 2 dlls, and then wget runs
fine in Windows. Just leave the 2 dlls in your wget directory, if you
want to keep it simple.
