I'm dumping my old ISP and therefore my old email address used for my PrimeNet account will be invalid. However, when I try to update the informatoin to reflect the new email address that will be used for it, the server gives me an error.

(256) Your PrimeNet account ID and password are case-sensitive, and should not include leading, embedded or trailing spaces. ========== I have double- and triple-checked to make sure it was setup to "update current account", the account info was correct and have entered the new e-mail address correctly (to change the e-mail address on the account), but continue to get the error.
