yep yep yep them were the days...
I still have a copy of the 1984 Time article on Simmons where there are
a few column inches on Mersenne Prime used to test the Cray at Sandina.
And even a few 1996-1999 George items. i.e.
reality.sgi.com/csp/ioccc/noll/prime talks about GIMPS work .
We have accomplished a lot...
