The only problem there is is with the stability of the software which
creates processes on the server that soak up resources but have no
function. The whole server can easily run on a pc that is a few years
old and spend most of its time doing nothing. Putting the http server on
a different machine would make sense as it would reduce the effects of
outages, but that is really all. Let all available resources be spend on
rewriting a server as seems to be done now.
