Your machine is operating just fine.
This "error" is normal when prime95 is testing a number near the limit of
an FFT length. Every iteration will be checked for a round-off > 0.40.
Any such iterations will be redone using a different method for extra safety.
How do you know whenthat error message is serious?
1) A serious error will not be reproducible
2) The round-off value will "peculiar" like 0.4999xxx instead of "clean" like
0.40625 which is 13/32.
