Should have been picked up at 2^62 which is probably where you started factorising. Whoever did the previous factorisation run (to 2^62) either had a hardware problem, bad software or cheated. Actually when the factorisation bound is less than 2^64 the saving in time is minimal, might as well start from scratch.
