You already made the same claim about 4 months ago (in late January) and were refuted.
I'm not sure, but this appears to have been an old email that got regurgitated by someones server. The internal timestamps in the message headers indicate this version was sent today, yet it had a 'Date:' of january. The original post was sent from someone on yahoo webmail, while this one was sent from a japanese ISP.
