There is a mirror of mersenne.org at http://tuatara.sdsu.edu/primenet . It
also has an archive of cleared.txt. That file would be in the format you
want. You can look inside the files on the 15th of every month Jan--May
just the hour before the synchronization takes place (look at the file
size) and search for your name. You would need a program to uncompress the
bz2 files (use bunzip2 under Linux).

The exponents only get into lucas_v.zip when they are verified. Until that
they can be found in hrf3.zip (without the residues). They can also end up
in bad.zip if two other matching tests show that your test was in error.
None of these three files contain the date when the results were returned.
