I don't know what the threshold is for the program giving 2Ghz processors
double check assignments by default but if you can force Prime 95 into give
you factoring by selecting in the GUI Test>Primenet and unchecking "Request
whatever makes the most sense" and checking "Request Mersenne numbers to
factor"
