Yes, yes, it is.

There is a thought for every statement that a language can
form --no matter if reasonable or real.

But there isn't always a word for everything we may think.

Art describes what reason leaves out.

I suppose I could say that words and reason are the points of
the plane with real coordinates, while art is the part of the
world with irrational or transcendental coordinates.
