It was suggested (see start of thread) that many people 
perceive that Prime95 running in the background slows other
things down, and uninstall it. 
The idea is to run it in place of a screensaver (perhaps with
nice graphics). This could appeal to millions of computer users.
BTW Prime95 reduced an AV sweep on my computer to a standstill.
I remain undeterred though!
