Christian,

The F does indeed mean that trial factoring work has to be done, but you
should look at the workunit in worktodo.ini, if it is something like :
Test=42xxxxxx,63,0 for instance, Prime95 will do the following : trial
factor up to 68 bits, P-1 factoring and then do the LL test.

If the line is Factor=42xxxxxx,63 Prime95 will factor only.

In the mean time you can, if you wish, release the LL workunit via the
advanced menu, see the help file on how to proceed.

The behaviour you describe is not related to a switch in one of the .ini
files.
