Well, you just described a possible forum which might consider his
achievement to be noteworthy. I don't know whether there be one,
but a possibility would be one regarding how to exploit the quirks
of the particular programming language in order to enhance the speed
of programs written in it.
I suggest you try being just a little less patronizing and parochial
in viewpoint. There are people who have interest is anything you can
name. People collect old batchboxes, that is what was at the time TRASH.
If there are people who have interest in that, then there are people who
have interest in ANYTHING. People collect COPROLITES.
