There is a package called MERS, see http://www2.tripnet.se/~nlg/freeware/freeware.html which includes a program called fftlucas which does the trick using the FFTW library. It is outdated though and using older version of FFTW. I tried myself to adapt it to the new version of FFTW with CELL support but no luck so far.
