I have an HP 1012 printer. OS 2008.05 does a very good job of recognizing it, and I was able to print from OpenOffice.org and Firefox, Evince, etc. However, all of a sudden, it stopped working. Previously, I was able to delete the printer, then reconfigure it, and the printer would start working--for a short while. Then it would quit again. Very frustrating. I was wondering whether you had made any progress on resolving your problem? This message posted from opensolaris.org
