Is there anything relevant in the log files for the job ...
   /var/lp/logs/lpsched         - No information
   /var/lp/logs/request         - Normal information
Check what the following shows ..
   # lpstat -l -p <myprinter>
I did the above command and compare with other printers. Same information
Check of job is still on the print q ..
   # lpstat -o

I did a lpstat -t and there are a few queues there.
What version of Solaris is running on your server               - Sun 5.8

Although I can solved by going disabling and enabling, but it's happening abit 
too often.
