Has anyone thought about having an online resource ( website/archive)
where
new printerdrivers and or PPD files could be stored. ?
New Printers are hitting the market all the time and they usually only
arrive at
customer sites with MS windows divers. ( yes I know that the PPD files
usually
are the same regardless of O/S )
would it be an asset or just an additional maintenance problem to have a
download
area were drivers not included in the latest Solaris release could be
posted ?
