Once in printmgr:

1. select file
2. select Printer
3. Select New Network Printer
4. Printer Name --- user defined
5. description --- user defined
6. Select Make as appropriate
7. Select Model as appropriate
8. Select Driver (may be only one here)
9. Select Fault Notification - should be self explanatory
10. Destination IP address or name of printer plus port used to talk with it
example:
        TCP
123.456.789.123:9100 (printer vendor could be using another port,
but
unlikely)
        or
        <printername>:9100

        BSD
        123.456.789.123:<name supplied by printer vendor>
        or
        <printername>:<name supplied by printer vendor>

11. Protocol: select one appropriate for the destination defined above

We find that using TCP is better as BSD implementations in the various
printers may differ.

The rest should be clear.
