It is normally part of hplip and under Solaris that is packaged under SUNWhpijs. Having said that, I am not sure whether SUNWhpijs has included hpcac or not. We do have a newest version hplip that got integrated into b126. What version of OpenSolaris are you running? If it is not 126, you may want to try when 126 is out.
