I'm involved with a state-wide privacy council that is trying to develop a program for consumer education on the HIPAA privacy regulations. I talked with several HMO/insurers regarding their plans to educate their members, but nothing has been started yet. Does anyone know of organizations that are developing consumer educations programs? Ben Steffen
