We have a webnursery in which the parents sign a consent form to release a photo and birth information regarding their newborn which is posted on a website for family and friends to see. This consent is supplied to the site administrator. I believe we need to capture this same consent in our patient records. Can anyone provide me some feedback as to how their institutions are handling this new service and/or an example of their consents? Thanks.
