Could anybody offer some advice.....
Are any Health Plans considering making changes to their EOB's in
relation to application of the Minimum Necessary Standard? For example, do you
include CPT-4 procedure descriptions to indicate the service or are services
described at a more summary level ? e.g "office visit"?
Any help would be appreciated...
