I would like a copy also. I have several that I am willing to
share. I have crosswalks for EDI also. I have been involved with HIPAA
for over 8 years including 4 as Director Of Operations of EDI for a
national company. I am a presenter at HIPAA conferences, nationally, and
have acquired several different versions.
I will post them on my web site to be downloaded instead of
having to email them to everyone that asks. I will contact my ISP to
create the login and password to get to the download area. The timing is
up to him. It may take a few hours or a few days.
