[proaudio] Permission to maintain rivendell ebuild in this overlay

I have a newer media-radio/rivendell ebuild thats been sitting on my computer 
for a while and was wondering if I could start commiting changes myself. I've 
been the only one working on this for about a year and I also maintain the 
gentoo specific documention on the package's wiki. The bumps usually come 
with important bug fixes so I would like the latest version in the overlay. I 
test my ebuilds at home and at production system that plays out on air before 
I submit them.
