[proaudio] Bump media-sound/jmeters to 0.4.1

As announced on LAU, jmeters is now at 0.4.1. The ebuild for 0.2.1 in
the overlay can simply be renamed but the Makefile-patch needs to be
adjusted (we need to patch less now).

Patch working for 0.4.1 is attached.
