Hay all. Over the past few weaks i've been dabbling with garageband in conjunction with a emac (tiger / i life 08) that I was given and a m audio keystation 61es controler keyboard. I've searched the garageband help for answers and whilst there are some pointers on how to do the things that I want, they seem quite vague and I think it would help if someone that uses vo could briefly explain them a bit better to me. If anyone could provide answers to any of the below then i would be very greatfull: 1: How does one quontise a track? I've had a look through the menus and I can't find one mension of quontisation. 2: Slightly following on from this, how would I go about selecting a region of a track so that I only perform operations to said region? 3: I've heard a lot about gb's built in loops and ive come across the loop brouser, but I can't seem to insert anything or make anything play. How would I go about for example, inserting one drum loop, then a phil and then a continuas loop after that? 4: I kno that ^'s quite a bit, but feel free to post anything that you think I should kno being the gb newbe that I am.
