Go to Hue & Saturation, cmd-U, then Reds, cmd-1. Adjust the Hue to about
25degrees HSB and then desaturate if necessary. Use the eyedropper to sample
the offending skin tone for better results. Of course you'll be affecting
all the reds in the picture.

Or did you want to neutralize the entire picture? Maybe use Color Balance,
cmd-B, and adjust red and yellow.
