Good evening all,

I was wondering if there is a way to add black key line borders to a bunch
of white background files, prior to printing out contact sheets. So the
edges of images may be distinguished from the white paper ?
I'm on a Mac. OS 10.1.5
Hi Simon,

This assumes you are using Photoshop...create an action to select all (Apple A), edit>stroke, select colour and pixel thickness (will depend on your image size - for small images a couple of pixels will do), and select "inside". This will create a skinny sharp border, but be aware you will lose a couple of pixels depth around the outside of your image...if this is not acceptable then you will have to increase the canvas size prior to stroking (can be incorporated into the action).

HTH.

Kind regards,

Tim.
