OK Bob, you do have a point: I find that the image from the D30 / 60
CMOS is superior to that from the CCD of the 1D. That may sound strange,
as the 1D is a much better camera, but making the allowance for the cost
difference and the evoloutionary stage difference of the two bodies, the
CMOS image is more flexible and can be 'abused' more, yet still provide
a quality magazine image at the end of the day.

Despite being very happy with the 1D, I was not surprised to hear that
Canon chose CMOS for their studio / high end body. 'Nuff said I think?
