Why don't you just use the Manual Way and back up your document (Documents> Outlook Express Data >Identities >Main Identity >Messages) and after backing it up(separately of course) you then replace the equivalent document in Mail in OSX? Same with Adressbook , Database etc. It just works if you do it carefully.You can do this with Netscape, Mozilla, Chimera, iCab, etc. An additional good suggestion here is to compress those documents first, but the Outlook way : Open Outlook Expres while pressing both the Option and the Command buttons. ( this is cmd/opt/double click) and as soon as OE opens , it asks if you want to compress the data, Click ok, wait until it finishes, and then do the manual move of documents.
