Chris ,I along no doubt with other listees would approach the problem in the same way
as with using a roll film back on a 5x4 camera and just do it yourself.
Place the camera on a stand/tripod,  set up on something like a brick wall then  take
a snap with the digiback in place .
check the image on the monitor then mark the focus screen with a  pen at the 4 image
corners.Remove screen and mark up with a scriber and ruler.
You have now saved �100 or so.
